Effective yesterday at noon, the Town of Cape Elizabeth made the difficult decision to close all of its buildings to the public through at least March 29th, 2020. Please know that this closure DOES apply to all Cape Elizabeth Fire/Rescue buildings as well.
The decision was not an easy one as we recognize our residents rely on us during their time of need. We do however believe this proactive measure will limit inadvertent contamination of a fire station and will also limit the potential for transmission of infectious material to visitors. During this time, we request that you refrain from visiting our buildings and call our non- emergency line at (207) 799-6409 for general questions. As always, for any emergency, dial 9-1-1. Let US come to YOU.
Rest assured our level of service will not be compromised and we will continue to treat all emergencies in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism.
Please remember that the Maine CDC and US CDC continue to be the best resources available to obtain accurate and up to date information about COVID-19.
